Middleburg, South Africa: extreme metal band Bleeding Spawn ready themselves for departure to Cape Town where they plan to spend a weekend of reckless metal mayhem. The band last graced the Mother City in 2014, appearing as support for USA/Canada’s Kataklysm tour to Cape Town. This time they embark on the journey South as the headliners of their own tour as follow-up to the recent release of their Pathogenic Mechanized Abomination album.
“We brought our long awaited album out this year, which is why it is named the Pathogenic Abomination tour. We have got some new material that the Cape has never heard before, so they better be ready for some ultra-brutal death! We intend on doing what we do best; have fun and maim, along with pleasing Cape crowds. This is the first time we’re playing at ROAR and Rabbit Hole, so we are extremely pumped to share the stage with the Cape’s best bands.” ~ Dominic Vorster (bass/backing vocals, Bleeding Spawn
Dominic also points out that the band has a new vocalist since their last visit, which will make this tour a special one. Teaming up with fellow hard-hitters on Friday night, Bleeding Spawn will be supported by DevilSpeak, Imperial Destruction, The Fallen Prophets and The Alpha Sequence at ROAR, and then on Saturday at The Rabbit Hole with Bulletscript, Subject To Slaughter and Thread Of Omen.
